Yes — WHOIS privacy is free and enabled by default on all extensions. Your name, email address and phone number do not appear in public lookups, so you do not end up on spam lists.
How do I transfer my domain to you?
Get your transfer (EPP) code from your current registrar and start the transfer from our client portal. For most extensions the process is completed within 5-7 days; your site and email keep working without interruption during the transfer.
Is the renewal price the same as the first-year price?
We have no surprise increase policy. In the price table on this page, the registration, transfer and renewal price of every extension is written in separate columns; the table is synchronized with our client portal every day. The renewal amount is also shown clearly at the order step, before payment.
Can I manage DNS from the client portal?
Yes; you edit A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT and SRV records instantly from the client portal. Changes propagate within minutes; if you want to use external DNS (Cloudflare and similar), you are free to change the NS records.
