Write to the support teamWhat is the difference between VDS and VPS?
On a VPS, resources are allocated through a virtualization layer; with VDS, the processor, memory and disk are assigned entirely to you and are not shared with other customers. For projects with heavy traffic or consistently high resource use, VDS is noticeably more stable.
How long does it take for my server to become active?
VPS and VDS plans are provisioned automatically once payment is approved and are usually ready to use within a few minutes. For dedicated servers, delivery takes longer because of hardware preparation and testing.
Can I upgrade resources later?
Yes. RAM, processor and disk upgrades can be requested from the client portal. On VPS and VDS servers the upgrade completes with a short reboot; your data stays exactly as it is.
Which operating systems can I install?
Alongside common Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and CentOS, Windows Server editions can also be installed. You can also use your own image by uploading an ISO from the client portal.
Do you provide backups?
Regular backups are taken for shared hosting and VPS services. For critical projects we recommend setting up your own backup strategy as well; if you need backup space, we can provide additional storage.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online payment by credit card, bank transfer and EFT are accepted. Deferred payment against an invoice can also be offered to our corporate customers.
